Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Executive
Reports To: President & CEO
Status: Non-union; Exempt 746 -
Salary: $66,000 - $84,000

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for creating high quality presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other related duties may be assigned:

· Create PowerPoint presentations utilizing advanced features including web-ready graphics for Board meetings, airline presentations, community presentations etc.
· Production and layout of print and electronic collateral to include; newsletters, advertisements, web pages, flyers, portrait photography, graphic support for the website and social media, Flash media and PowerPoint Presentations.
· Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
· Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
· Publish newsletters for internal and external use.
· Develop and document a new company brand identity, including color palette, logo, branding elements, stock photography, product collateral templates, business cards, and letterhead
· Publish quarterly e-newsletter.
· Work with project managers to ensure information is updated regularly on the website and social media

A Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art or related field.
3+ years of graphic design and production experience required
Experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat, Flash, and Microsoft Suite.

Climate controlled cubicle environment.
Some travel possible for presentation setup.
Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
